Shookie replacement

Missing package Shookie says delivery by usps but was not found by buyer. Tried to do missing mail search but they cant help since item was delivered. Sending replacement shookie from my own money because she deserves her bag and as a small business we tried different ways to get item back for her or atleast search where it went.
