PREORDER INFORMATION — PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

This item is a **PREORDER** and is not currently in stock.

By purchasing this product, you understand and agree that your order is in the funding stage of this item. Once the preorder period ends and there is enough funds to fund the production than production will begin with our overseas manufacturer.

 All sales are final. However, every order is quality-checked before shipping. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or we send you the wrong item, contact us and we'll make it right.

Understanding Our Pre-Order Process: 

Our bags are made exclusively through pre-order, which means each order helps us reach the funding needed to begin production. Please review the process below before placing your order:

Pre-Order = Funding for Production

Your pre-order helps us reach the required funding amount needed to have the bags made. The bags are not pre-made or currently in stock.

Funding Must Be Met

Production can only begin once the required funding amount has been reached. If the funding goal is not met, the bags cannot move into production.

Production Begins Once Funded

Once the pre-order is fully funded, the bags will be paid for and the production order will officially be placed.

Production Time: 6–8 Weeks

Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for the bags to be made. This timeframe is for production

Shipping from Production to Hawaii Time: 2-4 Weeks

Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for the bags to get into my hands so I can begin quality checking. 

From Me To You: usually within 2-6 days

Please allow me approximately 2-6 days from when I get the bags instock to quality check them and send them each out in the Order in which they are received. 

 What comes with the bag:

2 straps to make the bag either a backpack or crossbody bag.

Pre-Order gift 1 per bag purchased.

Interior of bag:

2 Bungee pockets on each side of ita bag.

Large zippered back pocket.

D-ring inside of the bag to hang what you want (photocards, plushies)

Keyleash strap to hook up your necessities so its safe (like wallet and keys) 

Removable pin insert with photocard slot. 

### Minimum Order Requirement

This preorder has not reached its minimum number of orders in order for production to move forward so production will not begin yet.

• Customers will be notified via email.

### Production Timeline

• Preorder funds are collected and submitted to the manufacturer after the preorder period closes.

• Manufacturing typically takes **6-8 weeks** to complete.

• Once production is finished, the shipment must be transported from our overseas manufacturer to us, which can take an additional **2–4 weeks**.

Please note that production and shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including manufacturing delays, material shortages, customs processing, holidays, and international shipping conditions.

### Estimated Total Wait Time

Please expect approximately **8–12 weeks or longer** from the close of the preorder period before orders are ready to ship to customers. 

### Refunds & Cancellations

 The preorder must reach a minimum order requirement for production to then be approved, all sales are final but we understand life. Because preorder quantities are ordered based on customer purchases, we are unable to accept cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks after production has been funded and submitted to the manufacturer.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• This is a preorder item.

• Production has not yet begun.

• This preorder is subject to a minimum order requirement.

• Delivery will require a waiting period while the item is manufactured and shipped internationally to me then to you.

• Production is awaiting funding.

**Once your item is marked shipped, you will receive a tracking number sent to your email that you have provided. Please ensure your email is correct.

• PumpkinComfort llc is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. Once the bags are out of our home base there is nothing we can do, unfortunately.

*Please ensure your information is entered correctly! If an address change needs to be addressed please do so before I send out emails to begin sending packages out to you. Once your label is created, you would need to re-pay for a new shipping label if an address change is needed at the time so please double-check, triple-check your name and address.
